Choose the Flower you want on Spring Blooms paper and cut card to desired size.

Cut a strip of Pre' Sauvage Paper and stamp on it.

Using the Pentel Arts Red Metallic Brush pen antique the edges.

Adhere the blue strip in the middle.

Attach the ribbon right below.

Embellish with Flower bubble sticker and brag brads.
