Frank has had one-person shows at galleries in the United States and in a private collection with the Petropavlovsk,
Kamchatka Museum in Russia and the Museum of Art in Nagasaki, Japan. His corporate collectors include MTV Music awards in New York,
Club Med Corporation in Los Angeles and Union Bank of California in Chula Vista.
Frank collaborated with ESPN Zone on a mural project.

He has shown with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and has a mural showing at the Museum of Latin American Art.
Frank just completed Tile Benches with the Port of Los Angeles.
Frank has done lectures and public speaking engagements with the Josyln Art Center and with the San Pedro Association. He was a Juror at Josyln Art Center. He has received grants for teaching Jr. High and High Schools in the South Bay area. Frank is teaching classes at Palos Verdes Art Center and is doing art discussions regarding his Snake painting at a private school, Marlborough in Los Angeles. Frank is currently teaching classes with the Palos Verdes Peninsula Art Center.
Frank's education includes Chiounards Art Institute, Otis Institute, Highline College and the University of London. His studio is at Angel Gate Cultural Center in San Pedro.
